Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintaining data with regards to suppliers, contracts and purchase orders on the Procurement Database System/Shared Services and other systems.
* Ensure data information is recorded accurately on the Procurement database system with relevant documentary evidence
* Administration duties for all corporate contracts which include Electronic Procurement Card Solution, Travel, Car hire, Stationery and Venue hire e.g. submit new applications for Electronic Procurement Card Solution, create new profiles for all corporate contracts, approve stationery orders
* Escalate and monitor reported issues regarding the corporate contracts
* Provide clerical, administrative and support services to the Corporate Contracts Category Lead
* Provide good customer service with key stakeholders.
