JOB SUMMARY
Add value to the company by setting goals and objectives, devising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness, liaising with key suppliers and vendors, managing the employees and all hiring processes, supervising the inventory, and monitoring the progress of sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Serve as a member of the Leadership Team in accordance with our core values of Adaptability, Genuine Passion, Gratitude, Integrity, Excellence together and Service.
2. Perform all regular duties associated with Directorship in a professional manner
3. Analyze sales trajectories and liaison with planner and to set monthly, weekly and daily sales targets
4. Lead and encourage the staff to reach goals, all while implementing the company's policies
5. Managing employees in compliance with company policies and procedures in addition to monitoring the financial performance of the store by ensuring the efficient use of resources and managing labor, supplies and operational costs, minimizing operating expenses and maximizing revenue
6. Attend vendor meetings and trade shows as an integral part of the product selection team
7. Continuously alert buying team to new trends and shifting customers’ purchasing preferences
8. Give guidance on pricing strategies and opportunities as well as recommend items for price reduction
9. Attend morning zoom meetings and participate in key company mini-retreats, workshops and meetings
10. Responsible for the overall, consistent level of customer service and in-store experience, including the successful execution of various in-store events and set the standard for the highest level of hospitality
11. Provides consistent and frequent communication so all team members are aware of the store vision, goals, and expectations
12. Responsible for hiring
13. Responsible for the executing on the brand through in-store and window displays
14. Respond to all customer, vendor, employee issues in a timely and professional manner
15. Serve as Aggieland Outfitters liaison with community organizations
16. Support the Internal Audit department in their efforts to improve company processes

19. Demonstrates winning customer service and employee management techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
20. The ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and lead a team are key requirements for this position
21. Demonstrates a high level of energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
22. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays, game days, graduations, ring day, special events.
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
23. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent Management experience.
24. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
25. Prior retail senior management experience required
