Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a highly organised individual to drive content-led projects from planning to execution as a Project Manager in the Delivery Team. This hands-on role involves stakeholder coordination, content management, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills as a Project Manager. What you’ll do: Project Management Build strong stakeholder relationships. Create detailed project plans or checklists, as well as campaign timelines. Monitor progress, identify potential risks and blockers, escalating risks where necessary, and take proactive measures to keep the campaign on track. Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, updating them on progress, and any changes which may have occurred mid-campaign, and adjusting the plan where necessary. Coordinate reviews and approvals of all relevant content and ensure timely delivery. Conduct quality checks to ensure that all content deliverables meet our standards for quality and format, and approve and lock campaign launches. Manage and maintain the content library, including organising and archiving files and assets in our content libraries. Own the change management process for updating assets and copy on the website, including working with the Marketing, Partnerships & Product teams to ensure that all changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented. Use technology and automations where possible to optimise processes. Content Management Manage and update the content on the website using a content management system (CMS) ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with our brand guidelines. Conduct regular website checks to identify any fixes required, such as broken links, outdated information, or typos. QA all campaign work completed by developers, with the help of our QA engineer, to approve and lock the launch.
