The Role
The Digital Engineering Associate role is to assist Wood with a continuous digital drive to embrace innovative software and hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities
* Creating / updating documentation as required in line with client engineering requirements
* Utilisation of software packages enabling the continued update and creation of 2D documentation, 3D designs, 3D models, digital twins, intelligent documentation etc.
* Effective utilisation of digital engineering software and hardware tools
* Effective use of Information Management Systems and Content Service Platforms
* Participate in the undertaking of site surveys to include digital capture (laser scanning) and utilising innovative / emerging technology across our diverse global client locations
* Identify relevant technical documentation with guidance from Technical Specialists.
* Utilising innovative software and hardware solutions to solve modern age problems / challenges
* Delivering assigned scopes of work in line with contract Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and business objectives
* Efficiently working with / managing client data in a secure manner
* Actively participating in competency and training modules / tasks
* Interacting with multi-discipline engineering teams and departments
* Efficiently and accurately executing assigned work tasks to schedule / budget limitations
* Developing in accordance with agreed training / development plan.

Expected
* Grade 4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Desirable
* A level (or equivalent) Grade B (or above)
* Suitable CAD knowledge or appropriate qualification.
