How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
Papworth Trust has been providing care and support services to individuals for more than 100 years. We are passionate about delivering outstanding and caring support, tailored to the needs and wishes of our customers. We are ambitious to both maintain our Outstanding CQC rating and to grow the service, so this is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to make a positive impact and support our customers to achieve their goals.
What does this involve?
1. Overseeing our supported living service in Ipswich, providing support to 8 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
2. Developing and leading a diverse team to deliver a safe and high-quality service, in line with our values, regulations and best practice.
Who are we looking for?
1. An experienced, dedicated and highly motivated Registered Manager.
2. Inspiring and empowering leadership skills are essential for this role.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of working with and managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs as well as an in-depth knowledge of the CQC regulatory requirements.
4. As an excellent communicator, you will be able to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate effective and calm leadership in a range of situations.
5. Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management in Adult Health and Social care or equivalent qualification and be able to travel between services and to meetings and training as needed.
