Job Description JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Reading, RG1 Salary: £25k Position: Permanent – Full Time A highly successful and reputable independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Junior Property Manager / Lettings Administrator to assist with the care for their substantial lettings portfolio across the Reading area. You will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be managing a large portfolio of properties. Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on. Some experience in residential lettings would be advantageous. The role will involve assisting with the management of their sizable portfolio which includes adhering to Landlords instructions, ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit realises, and serving appropriate notices. The right candidate will need to hit the ground running, and you will be part of an exciting, vibrant and energetic team.
