We’re looking for a self-starter to join our Product team as a Products and Services Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of CITB products and services.
The role (Products & Services Coordinator) Salary: £29,000 – £36,000
Fixed Term Contracts: 12 & 18 Months
As a Products and Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Funding Team Leader with the end-to-end delivery of CITB products and services. You will work with colleagues across a number of teams, as well as some external stakeholders, to ensure our customer-driven products and services meet the requirements of CITB’s strategic objectives and the needs of the construction industry.
The role is Peterborough Office Based. CITB are currently operating Hybrid working arrangements with the expectation that team members are in the office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per month and in addition as required.
During training, there will be a minimum of 3 weeks in the Peterborough Office.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Review data from a variety of sources to help monitor product performance, including reviewing product and service delivery against service level agreements.
2. Use data and product knowledge to make recommendations to help improve the operational delivery of the product.
3. Manage the resolution of product-related complaints.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across CITB, sharing product knowledge and collaborating to help make processes more efficient.
5. Engage with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders outside of CITB, finding solutions to problems and sharing feedback to drive improvements in your product area.
6. Be a subject expert for your product area.

5. Have strong data analysis skills and high attention to detail when reviewing and producing communications, reports, data and financial information.
6. Are proactive and adept at implementing and managing processes and able to work effectively within a team.
