About Us:

We utilise the Studio 3 Low Arousal approach, focusing on stress reduction and de-escalation while ensuring that the principles of normalisation, human rights, and self-determination are at the core of our support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Case Management: Assist in managing a caseload, delivering high-quality, individualised support plans that cater to each person's unique needs.
2. Assessment Support: Help conduct thorough assessments and collaborate with colleagues to interpret results, creating meaningful support plans.
3. Training and Education: Deliver training programs to staff, ensuring adherence to low arousal approaches and promoting best practices.
4. Service Development: Contribute to the development of course materials and participate in research initiatives to enhance service delivery.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor and review behaviour management strategies to ensure they meet individual needs and uphold our ethical standards.
What We're Looking For:
1. A compassionate and proactive individual with a strong commitment to person-centred care.
2. Experience or a background in support roles, particularly with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. A willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive working environment.
