We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Uddingston. The Role As an Administrator with Emtec Fire Systems, you will play an essential role within our Sprinkler Department ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the service team Liaising with clients to schedule appointments Placing orders with suppliers and subcontractors to keep things on track. Managing sales and purchase ledgers including preparing Purchase Orders (PO). Assisting with debt management by chasing current and aged debts. Preparing and issuing applications and invoices. Keeping the weekly planner up to date ensuring deadlines are met. Organising and distributing service reports to clients promptly. Managing travel and accommodation bookings for the team when required. Handling general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying, and scanning. Ensuring the CRM system is consistently updated and accurate. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
