The vacancy DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Additional Learning Support (ALS) Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide efficient clerical, administrative, and customer-focused support to the department, students, and staff members. This role involves managing data collection, monitoring high needs, EHCP and SEND learners, and supporting access arrangements and care-experienced young people. This is a fixed-term vacancy working up to 12 months. Scope and Purpose of the Role: The ALS Administrator will be responsible for coordinating support functions within the department to achieve college objectives. This includes maintaining accurate records, producing reports, supporting access arrangements assessments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves implementing business processes and supporting the college's records management policy. Essential Criteria: Relevant professional/technical qualifications at Level 3 GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or equivalent Experience of working in an administrative role Excellent skills in working with databases, setting up spreadsheets, producing reports, and presenting data Experience of working with confidential materials Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision Self-starter with the ability to manage a demanding workload effectively to meet deadlines Desirable Criteria: Experience of using Management Information Systems is desirable.
