Key Responsibilities:
* Build positive and trusting relationships with care leavers to support their personal development.
* Support in developing life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and managing accommodation.
* Provide emotional support and guidance to help care leavers build confidence and resilience.
* Help care leavers access education, training, and employment opportunities.
* Support young people in maintaining their health and well-being, including signposting to relevant services.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, housing providers, and educators.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience (minimum 6 months in the UK) in a similar role, supporting vulnerable individuals.
* A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of service users.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to empowering young people to achieve their goals.
Must have:
* Training Certificates
* Right to Work
* In-date DBS
