Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a GP to work 6 sessions per week on a permanent basis. You will benefit from 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro-rata. We also offer in house educational sessions as well as monthly PLTs (Protected Learning Time) sessions. Main duties of the job - Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within the practice. - Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, first contact physiotherapists and social prescribers, to ensure integrated patient care. - Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients. - Contribute to the management of chronic disease, health promotion, and disease prevention in line with best practices. - Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care within the Practice.
