Carl Dylan Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced retail or hospitality leader to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager in the Hertford area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in larger format stores and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Develop and implement effective store operations to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and data protection.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role, preferably in a larger format store.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and store layout.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £37,000 - £47,000, plus a package and London Weighting Allowance when applicable.
