Business Development Manager – SaaS | £30-35k + Double OTE | 2 Days in Bath
A growing SaaS business is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and support its expansion! The business runs a platform designed to help businesses win more contracts by providing real-time tender alerts, pipeline tracking, and market insights.
The Role:
* New business focus – engaging prospects, booking and running demos, and closing deals.
* Selling a high-value SaaS product to executives across a variety of sectors.
* Supported by SDRs, but you’ll own the full sales process.
* Phone-based role, so confidence in outreach is key.
* Earn up to 20% commission on anything over target.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1-2 years of closing experience in SaaS, IT sales, events, hardware, or professional services.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
* Comfortable running demos and managing a short sales cycle.
* Able to work 2 days per week in Bath, with flexibility otherwise.
