Essential tasks will include user management and basic application maintenance tasks, supporting our SharePoint, Teams and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) processes. What will I be doing? Service basic and routine user requests raised through our helpdesk. Add, update and remove user permissions from scientific and business applications per access policies and in accordance with written procedures. Work with internal stakeholders to maintain, and update coding/dictionary/look-up lists across different systems. Handle the registration and tracking of various resources within scientific and business systems in accordance with organisational standards. Work with other Data Team members to synchronise Test and Production environments Maintain concise and accurate records to ensure clarity and maximise compliance with organisational standards. Assist end users with basic application access issues, escalating more complex issues to senior team members where appropriate. What are you looking for? Willing to acquire new skills and knowledge in application administration and support through training and development. Ability to follow established procedures, seeking clarification if appropriate. Ability to complete data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Good written communication skills allied with verbal skills to ensure effective and professional communication with colleagues.
