Role: Meeting & Events Executive

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 4 Star Hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an immediate Meeting & Events Executive to join their team on an interim basis, starting this month.

What's involved?
Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are meticulously arranged.
Utilise Delphi software for event management, including booking, tracking, and reporting functionalities.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned with client expectations.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and post-event reports for internal review and client feedback.
Manage on-site logistics during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date records of all events in the Delphi system for future reference and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an M&E Executive or similar role within the hospitality or event management industry
Essential experience with Delphi software is mandatory for this position
