Mellors Care are pleased to be supporting a National Care Home Operator in their search for a Registered Home Manager to lead their 45-bedded Residential Home in Nottingham.
The role will involve taking on the registration for the service and leading the staff team in providing an excellent standard of care. Other responsibilities will include:
1. Working closely with the CQC and Local Authority
2. Daily walk-rounds to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld
3. Staff supervisions, development and training
4. Recruitment
5. Building strong relationships with family members and relatives to ensure personalised care is provided
6. Staff rostering
7. Ensuring excellent standards of compliance
8. Increasing occupancy
The successful candidate will have experience in a managerial position within an elderly care setting, ideally at Home Manager level, as well as a passion for care and the ability to effectively lead a team.
