Client Services Manager (Australian Market)

Role: Client Services Manager (Australia)Location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQHours: 4 nights per week (9.30pm - 6.30am)Salary: £45,000 basic (£65,000 OTE)
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the Account Management team, ensuring we not only meet but exceed client expectations. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Engagement (Australia), you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the client experience, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth.
You’ll be expected to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability, coaching your team to consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver measurable business outcomes. In addition to guiding the team, you'll also serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, working cross-functionally to implement timely and effective solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
* Developing and implementing strategies to optimise client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client base.
* Monitoring and analysing client feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure client needs are met effectively.
* Acting as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues and enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
* Maintaining strong relationships with the client base understanding their needs and aligning service delivery accordingly.
* Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service offerings.
* Driving team performance to achieve measurable results and KPIs in line with organisational objectives.
What you’ll need:
* Experience of successfully managing and coaching a team of direct reports
* A demonstrable leadership background in Client Services, Customer Support or Sales
* An analytical mind that uses data for effective decision making
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and KPI driven targets
* Resilient and receptive to change – helping drive continuous improvement and growth
* Self-motivation with clear goals and ambitions, driven to go above and beyond expectations in the interest of the client and for PHMG’s brand reputation
