We're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to complement our team covering the Essex & South Suffolk area. The main purpose of this role is to win instructions for new sites and develop relationships with developers in your area. Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Manager
* To forge and develop relationships with developers in the area
* Winning instructions for new sites
* Gaining and keeping Sole Agency
* Ensuring the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard
* Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors
* Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company.
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Manager
* Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer, or Estate Agency experience in Residential Sales
* Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
* Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
