The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across our portfolio of business products and online platforms, including CampManager, GlampManager, Glampsites.com, and CampStead.com. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and boost retention.
o Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimise strategies and maximize ROI.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
o Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
o Create compelling content to showcase our offerings, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
o Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences and grow online communities.
3. Market Research & Performance Analysis
o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
o Analyse marketing metrics to refine strategies, ensuring effective resource allocation.
4. Partnership & Event Management
o Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry organisations, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
o Identify and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, managing logistics, stand design, and promotional materials.
5. Budget & Resource Management
o Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to high-impact initiatives.
o Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
