Commercial/Office Division
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a local business. In this role, you will be processing customer orders, raising purchase orders, dealing with enquiries, and supporting the sales team and MD with events.
Based in the office in Bicester, this position will consist of 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Office Administrator:
1. Process customer orders using Sage 50.
2. Prepare quotations using Sage and Salesforce.
3. Raise invoices in the UK and Spain.
4. Arrange export paperwork.
5. Listen to and resolve customer enquiries.
6. Deal with invoice queries.
7. Liaise with clients to provide updates and information on any issues that may arise.
8. Negotiate price and conditions from suppliers.
9. Follow up on deliveries.
10. Complete stock check, keeping an up-to-date log on Excel.
11. Organise flights, parking, and accommodation as required.
12. Authorise and validate staff expenses.
13. Enter credit card information.
14. Support the MD and Sales team with marketing events and initiatives.
15. Perform additional adhoc administrative tasks.
Personal Attributes:
1. Experience working within an administration role.
2. Comfortable using computers and able to use Microsoft packages effectively, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organisation and timekeeping skills.
5. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
6. Problem-solving skills.
Experience with Sage and Salesforce would also be advantageous for this role but is not required.
Offering £28,000-£30,000 per annum, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. This is a great opportunity to join an established business.
