The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that works collaboratively with over 300 enterprise organisations in the private, public and third sectors.
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee the optimisation and governance of marketing processes, ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively to meet ambitious growth goals.
You will play a key role in B2B funnel optimisation, ensuring our lead generation and engagement processes drive business impact, as well as optimising B2C learner acquisition.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and Junior Marketing Analyst, working cross-functionally to improve data insights, marketing workflows, and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Funnel Optimisation: Lead the optimisation of the B2B account-based marketing funnel, improving lead scoring and engagement models to maximise conversion rates.
2. Process Improvement: Establish and refine operational processes across marketing teams to ensure efficiency, scalability, and impact.
3. Learner Attraction: Collaborate with B2C team to optimise campaign tracking and orchestration.
4. Technology Alignment: Collaborate with MarTech stack product owners to ensure alignment with team needs and business goals and effective integration between platforms.
5. Data Insights & Reporting: Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Junior Marketing Analyst to ensure data workflows enable accurate, actionable reporting of key marketing metrics.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, RevOps, operations and data teams to align processes across the organisation.
About You:
We’re looking for a collaborative and data-driven marketing professional with a passion for optimising processes, driving efficiency, and enabling success across teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or a similar role.
2. Proven ability to optimise marketing funnels, including lead scoring and engagement strategies.
3. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
1. Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
2. Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations.
3. Experience with B2B marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts.
