Your role:
The ideal candidate for the role of personal assistant, in the senior management support team should be highly organised, proactive, and approachable. They must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial. Experience with administrative duties, diary management, and coordination of meetings is essential. The role requires someone who is adaptable, capable of prioritising workloads, and able to anticipate the needs of senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
About you:
You must have excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong communication abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence are essential. The role requires discretion, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility, multitasking, and prioritising tasks under pressure are also crucial to support the needs of our senior management team.
