Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the company's service operations, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. You will work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and external service providers to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, administration, and communication.
Main Duties
Planning and scheduling of planned maintenance contracts
Booking, planning, and deploying jobs to engineers
Raising customer quotations
Answering customer queries
Raising purchase orders
Ensuring accurate input of customer records on the company's CRM system
Maintaining accurate records of customer asset portfolio
General administrative duties
Required Skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems
Previous experience in the HVAC/Air Conditioning/Refrigeration/Building Services sector would be ideal but isn’t essential
