We are looking for excellent communicators to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs. With your deep understanding of solution design, implementation, and post-deployment optimisation, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. You will design, document, and implement business solutions that align with strategic goals. Working closely with technical teams, you will translate business needs into functional specifications. Your role will involve collaboration with the wider IT team and colleagues across the business—from the Americas, Europe, and Asia—and third-party stakeholders. You will oversee the entire solution delivery process, from conception to post-deployment, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes. Additionally, you will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support after launch.
What You’ll Bring
You are a true team player with a strong customer focus and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are proactive, pragmatic, and an analytical problem solver. Your strengths lie in business analysis and solution design.
It would be great if you also have a background in IT, software development and system implementation or have used software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), project management tools and techniques. It is not essential, but it would be beneficial.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your innovative thinking and technical experience to drive positive change and improve our business.
About Clarks
Clarks, based in Somerset, England, has been at the forefront of innovative shoemaking since its foundation in 1825 when brothers James and Cyrus Clark made a slipper from sheepskin off-cuts. At the time, it was ground-breaking: a combination of invention and craftsmanship that has remained at the heart of what the brand does now. In the Clarks archive, more than 22,000 pairs of shoes have sparked revolutions and defined generations. From the original Clarks Desert Boot, first designed by Nathan Clark and launched in 1950, to the iconic Wallabee, each design has an instantly recognisable signature that makes it unmistakably Clarks.
