Role: Registered Home Manager

Salary: Up to £55,000 + occupancy-related bonus

We’re recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a 56-bed residential care home in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a non-nursing service currently rated Requires Improvement by the CQC, with current occupancy around 40%. It’s a turnaround project, so we’re looking for someone with energy, vision, and the passion to drive positive change.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who thrives on improvement work—or for a confident Deputy Manager from a large (100+ bed) or multi-site environment looking to step up.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
(Strong Deputies from large multi-site services may be considered)
A track record of driving quality improvements and managing occupancy growth
Confident leadership and people management skills
A resident-first approach with a passion for making lasting improvements
