The ideal candidate will work independently completing small to medium scale topographical, setting out and measured building surveys. They will do this by using innovative technology. You will have acquired previous practical experience through a trainee role or structured trainee programme, taking instruction from the lead surveyor and process raw survey data and CAD data to a high working standard.

The Role:
Survey Technician (Land & Measured Building Surveyor)
*Carry out small to medium Topographical and Measured Building Surveys - collect data and presenting using AutoCAD generated drawings.
*Set Up Surveying Instruments
*Reporting to Senior surveyors and Surveying Manager
The Person:
*Previous experience in a role as a Surveyor 1-2 years
*Pervious experience with topographical and measured building surveys
*Experience processing raw survey data and CAD data
*Driving License
*Able to commute to their Glasgow office
