Main duties of the job The Pathology Phlebotomy team is offering an exiting opportunity to join our expanding team as a Phlebotomy team leader.Based at University hospitals Southampton, you will provide supervisory oversight to our Phlebotomy team in both our outpatient service and ward based service on a potential rotational basis in both footprints for service reliance and flexibility. The role involves providing day to day oversight of our Phlebotomy teams at UHS as well as providing some deputising duties for our Phlebotomy coordinators.
