About the Administrator role
We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our client’s team and provide essential support to the business. The successful Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator
* Managing and maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
* Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
* Cross referencing and processing deliveries
* Assisting with general office administration and filing systems.
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business processes.
About You
The ideal Administrator will have:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
