Key Responsibilities:
1. Build positive and trusting relationships with care leavers to support their personal development.
2. Support in developing life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and managing accommodation.
3. Provide emotional support and guidance to help care leavers build confidence and resilience.
4. Help care leavers access education, training, and employment opportunities.
5. Support young people in maintaining their health and well-being, including signposting to relevant services.
6. Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, housing providers, and educators.
7. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience (minimum 6 months in the UK) in a similar role, supporting vulnerable individuals.
2. A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of service users.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
4. A proactive approach to empowering young people to achieve their goals.
Must have:
1. Training Certificates
2. Right to Work
3. In-date DBS
