Garment preparation / embroidery operative

Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and organised Garment Preparation / Embroidery Support Operative to join our clients expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This role involves liaising between the embroidery department and the goods-in/warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared and ready for embroidery in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include assisting embroidery operatives with hooping (preparing garments for embroidery), packing, and performing general housekeeping duties. Ensuring the smooth operation of the embroidery equipment is critical, and this role plays an essential part in maintaining efficiency.

On-the-job training will be provided, and while previous garment handling or embroidery experience is advantageous, it is not required.
