A highly regarded Liverpool based law firm are currently looking to recruit a Mental Health Accredited Panel Member to join their well established niche Mental Heath Team.
You will be required to be a Mental Health Accredited Panel Member with experience of managing their own caseload representing clients detained under the MHA.
Job Title - Mental Health Accredited Panel Member
Location - Liverpool - working as part of a team covering a large area of the North West of England and North Wales.

1. Managing own caseload
2. Advising clients orally, in writing, and by telephone
3. Drafting documentation and correspondence
4. Interviewing clients and witnesses and preparing statements

6. Handling routine client enquiries and communications
7. Maintaining a diary
8. Ensuring file order and time recording
9. Complying with LAA requirements
