CRG are currently looking for a Document Controller for a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor to work on-site in central London. This company operates across Ireland, Europe, and the UK, delivering projects in sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre, and Petrochemical. Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate all project documentation, ensuring records are maintained, updated, and archived correctly. Prepare reports and memorandums. Keep the site tracker up to date. Input stock movements and manage spares control for asset registers. Update various registers, including Outgoing Instruction, Drawing, Tech Sub, and RFI registers. Review and verify documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications. Ensure corporate documents are checked and submitted on time. Handle purchase orders, register invoices, and manage goods receipting. Arrange procurement of goods, services, and consumables for the site. Assist in compiling reports and statistics for management and budgeting. Support documentation related to Quality, Completion Packs, and HSE. Provide secretarial support, including meeting minutes, filing, managing mail, booking travel and accommodation, and welcoming visitors. Address site staff queries, manage timesheets, and liaise with payroll. Maintain staff records related to training, PPE issuance, and site training requirements. Oversee meeting room bookings, cleaning services, and arrange lunches as needed. Experience Required: Minimum two years' experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with Procore or Asite is beneficial. Familiarity with engineering drawings and tracking drawing revisions. Why Join?
