Working in a busy environment, deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner Provide an excellent level of customer service to patients over the phone, face to face or electronically Care navigate patients to the most appropriate service for their needs Solve a wide range of queries and requests from patients and other external agencies by following practice polices and processes Process repeat medication, fit note, patient online access and e-consultation requests Register new patients to the practice Any other duties as required
