We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join our dynamic and inclusive school community. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tailored interventions, collaborate with staff and parents, and shape a supportive learning environment for students who need it most.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (Unqualified Teachers with experience in teaching will also be considered)
* Proven experience working with students with SEND, including delivering effective interventions.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using data tracking software and reporting tools (Edukey and ClassCharts experience is advantageous).
* A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
* Must have knowledge and teaching experience of the UK National Curriculum.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.

The Academy is oversubscribed all through Academy in Hayes, Hillingdon. It currently has a 7 form of entry in the Secondary Phase with a Sixth Form and 2 form of entry in the Primary Phase.
