Full time - hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days WFH (Laptop and phone provided)
Office-based for initial training.
Great opportunity to assist in the Smart Metering team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with inquiries and provide support.
2. Utilize general word processing and spreadsheet software.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
2. Comfortable speaking to customers.
3. Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
