Description
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our vibrant, fast paced People Team as the Administration Support.
To support the day-to-day administration in the People Team function including Payroll, ensuring information relating to New Starters, Leavers and changes are accurately processed whilst reviewing materials with a high attention to detail.
You will support with all employee/customer queries via email, face to face or telephone offering a customer focused service.
What does the role involve?
* Accurately carry out routine data entry tasks, with a keen eye for attention to detail with a curious approach.
* Processing of New starter, Leaver and Changes in line with Terms and Conditions and within a tight deadline.
* Processing employee mileage and expenses claims to a tight deadline and in line with company policy.
* Administer, track and maintain company car records.
* Maintain and update an accurate filing system for documentation
Who are we looking for?
* Demonstrates a track record of accurate data entry with an eye for detail.
* The ability to work at a fast pace to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge and recognise discrepancies.
* Illustrates the ability to effectively contribute in a team environment and be curious to the why/what/where.
* Demonstrable experience of strong organisation and planning skills whilst self-motivated for the inevitable repetitive tasks
