Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our Frimley store team, earning a competitive base salary of £34,000 per annum with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing a 40-hour workweek, typically working 5 days a week on a rolling rota, including alternate weekends and bank holidays;
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management;
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance;
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction;
* Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team;
