Maintain and update the companys CRM system as needed Handle telephone, email, and client/consultant inquiries efficiently Chase stakeholders to return documents and provide responses to queries Update and maintain the companys accounting system (Xero) Prepare billing documentation for clients Manage client fact-finding to create legal documents to a high standard Oversee the preparation of ongoing changes to clients legal documents Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and solicitors via phone and email Prioritise tasks to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Assist in managing the companys storage facility Maintain accurate storage records and ensure up-to-date information Liaise with clients regarding storage facility queries via phone or email Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the Office Manager
