Our lovely and highly successful client is looking for an experienced and detail orientated ISO Quality Assistant to join the team - Working as a pivotal point of support for our client's group of companies in the delivery of compliant products and services.
As a Quality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

The role of Quality Assistant - ISO Standards Compliance will involve:
Being responsible for and assisting in the implementation and upkeep of the company's ISO Standards and quality documents
Develop, organise and maintaining management system documentation and update operational procedures relating to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
Develop, organise and maintain management system documentation and update operational procedures relating to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
Ensure suppliers adhere to and meet quality and ISO Standards
Update and maintain Health & Safety documents
Liaise with staff at all levels to ensure Company-wide awareness and compliance.
Meet with the internal auditor to ensure continuous improvement
Assist with internal & external audits in accordance with ISO
Ensuring documents are up to date to enable internal and external compliance
Conducting quality control and compliance checks across the business
Complete PQQ for the business in line with company policy
Undertake general administration duties as required
The ideal candidate for the role of Quality Assistant - ISO Standards Compliance will have:
An understanding and experience in using ISO 9001 and 14001 standards within a quality assurance or similar role
Experience of using QMS (Quality Management Systems), auditing and ISO Standards
Ability to comprehend Quality Manuals and ensure adherence to procedures
Proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs
Competent in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Good teamwork, analytic and problem-solving skills
Team player - ability to work collaboratively across teams.
