Teaching personnel are currently working with a number of partner schools in Liverpool looking for part time teachers to join their vibrant and inclusive primary schools in September. This type of work is suitable for retired teachers who are looking for flexible, part-time teaching work.

Job Responsibilities:
* Cover absences in school
* Deliver pre-planned classes across all year groups from Reception up to Year 6
* Follow the school's policies and code of conduct
* Deliver enagaging and fun activities and lessons
* Engage with the pupils and ensure they stick to lesson plans
We are looking for an excellent class teacher who:
* Hold a UK teaching qualification such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ,ECT, PGCE, SCITT or Bachelor of Education (BEd) with the ability to absorb well from your mentor (final year students who will receive their qualifications at the end of this academic year will also be considered dependent on their experience and application).
* DBS on the Update Service (If you do not have a DBS on the Update Service, we can help you with this).
* Is professional, reliable, proactive and hard-working.
* Demonstrates high standards of positive behaviour management.
* Has high expectations of themselves and children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
