Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the tendering process for new projects in this busy, successful environment.
* Develop streamlined processes that enhance consistency and operational efficiency in tender preparation.
* Plan, organize, and execute competitive tenders, ensuring timely submissions.
* Create and manage proposal/tender submissions using InDesign.
* Maintain a well-structured tender deadline schedule, juggling multiple tenders concurrently.
* Liaise with clients and partners to gather all necessary requirements for each tender.
* Keep an updated repository of materials for tenders, including marketing sheets, company CVs, and pricing lists.
* Craft bespoke blurbs for each submission, showcasing your understanding of project requirements.
* Develop tailored quotations in Excel and streamline pricing strategies for consistency across projects.
* Manage tender portals and track leads and conversions through established systems.

* Experience in a similar role within the architecture or design sectors.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for persuasive proposal writing.
