Call Handler / Maintenance Scheduler

Permanent, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
£26k - £27k, Excellent Benefits and optional O/T
Inbound Call Handler required for a large property maintenance specialist looking to expand the existing team due to rapid recent growth.
The Call Handler / Scheduler role is a permanent position, full-time Monday to Friday.
For this role, the client is offering a salary of £26-£27k per annum with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Experience within a similar role is desirable. There is also an occasional Saturday shift and other optional overtime on evenings and weekends.
Duties of the successful call handler will include:
1. Taking inbound calls from around 40 customers per day.
2. Scheduling engineers' appointments to carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
3. Liaising with the customers on job progress.
4. Other general administration tasks.
The client's office is based near Redhill, Surrey with quick access to the local train station and high street.
