Education Sales Manager – EPOS Solutions
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, travel to Birmingham 2 times per month)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission + Benefits
Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be working with a leading provider of cutting-edge EPOS solutions, supporting the education sector with innovative payment and transaction technology. Due to continued growth and success, our client is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales within the sector.
As the Education Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of five direct reports, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while developing strong relationships with key clients. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing sales initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and positioning our client as a market leader in EPOS solutions for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of five sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the education sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and universities.
* Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance productivity.
* Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the education sector or a related industry.
* Strong knowledge of EPOS solutions or similar technology-driven sales.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team to exceed targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and leadership.
