Our Digital Business Services teams are the foundation of HSBC, providing essential support across technology, operations and key central business services for our global businesses and functions. Dynamic and proactive, Global Procurement delivers tangible commercial value for HSBC. A varied remit spans all aspects of the procurement lifecycle worldwide - from leading relationships with suppliers, to ensuring alignment across spending plans. Highly engaged with the business, Procurement specialists develop deep strategic understanding. This leads to stronger approaches to measuring success, and ultimately ensures the Group operates ever more effectively.
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of External Workforce Management.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead Beeline Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Beeline, ensuring it aligns with organizational and procurement objectives.
2. Drive Agile Project Delivery: Utilize Agile methodology and tools like Jira to manage system implementation, BAU processes, and continuous improvement projects.
3. Optimize Procurement Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance EWM systems, ensuring seamless integration with procurement workflows and organizational strategies.
4. Engage Financial Services Stakeholders: Partner with business and IT teams across financial services to communicate technical requirements effectively and align with business goals.
5. Ensure Compliance and Governance: Maintain governance over Beeline processes, manage risks, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
1. Expertise in Beeline and EWM: Proven experience with Beeline implementation and optimization, along with deep knowledge of external workforce management in financial services.
2. Proficiency in Agile and Jira: Demonstrated ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies and Jira, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business needs.
3. Procurement and Financial Services Experience: Strong understanding of procurement processes and experience working within a financial services environment.
4. Project Management Skills: A track record of successfully managing complex system implementations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
5. Stakeholder Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
