About the role
Balfour Beatty Rail has an exciting opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join our growing team in Swindon.
What you'll be doing
As a Assurance Manager, you will have the following accountabilities:
* Undertaking a plus 10 days review on works completed to see what documents are still outstanding
* Tracking completion document submission via our contract management system on Power apps
* Owning the close out process including reporting to client and management team
* Weekly site inspections from a quality perspective
o - use of digital docs / app
o BMS document compliance (current versions etc)
* Managing sub-contractor ITPS close out where needed
* Collating H&S files where needed
* Attending AMP meetings with client to enter snags in bim 360
* BIM360 progression of implementation
* Providing quality awareness training to the project using Balfour Beatty Syllabus
