Job Summary:
As our inaugural Business Development Director, you will be at the forefront of driving Flip’s growth, forging strategic partnership and expanding our influence in the global events and consulting industry. Your Key Responsibilities

* Sales and Partnerships:

* Drive sales growth through strategic pricing, value propositions, and forecasting.
* Represent Flip at high-profile industry events to generate leads and expand networks.
* Collaboration and Leadership:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Contribute to Flip’s unique "Product Lab Process" to ensure all projects are aligned with commercial goals.
* Client-Centric Execution:
* Respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring exceptional service at all stages of the sales process.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
