Job Title: Education Support Assistant

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Salary: £85 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
* Provide support to students in various educational settings, including EYFS, SEN, KS1, KS2, Primary, and Nursery
* Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks, working closely with teachers to implement individualised education plans
* Support students with special educational needs to access the curriculum, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective learning outcomes
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, with a focus on supporting learning and development
Education:
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare, with a focus on supporting teaching and learning
Experience:
* Experience working with students with special educational needs, with a focus on promoting inclusion and accessibility
* Experience in supporting learning across different age groups, with a focus on adapting to individual needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of EYFS, SEN, and Primary curriculum, with a focus on promoting effective learning outcomes
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, with a focus on building strong relationships
* Good organisational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritising tasks and managing workload
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, with a focus on promoting effective learning outcomes
* Additional training in specific areas such as Autism Awareness or Makaton, with a focus on promoting inclusion and accessibility
Working Conditions:
* Working hours: Full-Time, temporary position, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
* Supporting students in various educational settings, with a focus on promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff, with a focus on effective communication and teamwork

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
