Senior Care Assistant Nights - Required at St Johns Care Home in Spalding, Lincolnshire -Part of the Country Court Family
Hours: Nights, 44 Hours available per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Timings- 07:00 to 19:00)

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
* Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
* Supporting residents at meals time
* Mentor & assist new employees.
* Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
* Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

ABOUT YOUWe want someone proactive, passionate, and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred environment for our residents. You'll be genuinely valued and empowered as an integral part of our team.
* Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
* Have a friendly & caring attitude.
* Experience of administrating medication
* Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
* Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
