This role primarily works with patients during their initial 48-hour hospital stay, encompassing ED, Acute Assessment Unit, and Medical Short Stay Unit. Main duties of the job Deliver a high-quality physiotherapy service by assessing and treating patients with complex presentations. Supervise and mentor newly qualified physiotherapists, technicians, assistants, and students while contributing to the education of multidisciplinary team (MDT) staff. Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and actively participate in departmental activities. Take part in the weekend and on-call service as required.
